Neither Hungary nor Viktor Orbán can be blackmailed

EU left-liberal bureaucrats would now make the payment of money conditional on conceptual proceedings based on self-fabricated accusations. There will be no such thing, i.e. "Nix jumps"!

Neither Hungary nor Viktor Orbán can be blackmailed

โžก๏ธAnother piece of evidence is that the rule of law procedures are politically motivated

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปThe Commission published the Judicial Scoreboard on Friday, which compares the efficiency, quality and independence of the EU Member States' judicial systems on the basis of various indicators.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปThis year's Scoreboard, as in previous years, confirmed that Hungarian justice is at the forefront of Europe in terms of objective indicators of efficiency and quality. In terms of the overall duration of court proceedings, Hungary is among the top ten Member States in each case and degree, and the first in terms of administrative proceedings at first instance. The number of cases closed also exceeded the number of cases received in all cases examined, so that the backlog of cases continued to decrease.
The Hungarian judiciary excels in terms of indicators for online access to court decisions and digitization, and is the best in the EU in terms of incentives for alternative dispute resolution.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปThe Scoreboard also assesses the independence of the judiciary on the basis of structural characteristics and opinion poll data. Of course, the latter are not capable of painting an objective picture of the effective independence of the judiciary. However, even the European Union's own surveys show that judgments and judges 'independence have improved significantly in Hungary and are in the middle third of Member States' values, ahead of, for example, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Nevertheless, Article 7 proceedings are pending against Hungary and the Commission has expressed "particular concern" against Hungary.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปThe Scoreboard confirms that the rule of law mechanism and the EU institutions' statements on the rule of law are politically motivated. No objective and balanced assessment of these procedures is expected, so any link to the EU budget would be for the sole purpose of political blackmail. Hungary cannot support this!๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡บ

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปThis year's Scoreboard, similarly to the ones in previous years, confirmed that the Hungarian judicial system is at the forefront of Europe, in terms of the objective indicators of efficiency and quality. In terms of the overall length of court proceedings, Hungary is among the top ten Member States in each case and instance, and as for the first instance administrative proceedings, it is the first. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปThe Scoreboard also assesses the independence of the judiciary on the basis of structural characteristics and surveys. The latter obviously do not show an objective picture of the actual independence of the judiciary. Even the European Union own surveys show, however, that the assessment of independence of judgments and judges has significantly improved in Hungary and is in the middle third among the Member States' scores, ahead of Italy, Portugal and Spain, for instance. One cannot expect an objective and balanced assessment of these procedures, so any link to the EU budget would be for the sole purpose of political blackmail. This, Hungary cannot support.๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡บ
